Edible Gelatin is light yellow to yellow fine grain. It should be kept dry, clean and even place without impurities. It can pass 4mm aperture sieve, that is 5 mesh. We have the capability to manufacture the milk powder like products in size of 10-120 mesh. We also have a Qinzhen workshop, and can handle the HALAL certificate. This product consists of 18 types of amino acid and 90% collagen. It has good performances in surface activity, viscidity and impact absorption, widely used in foodstuff, such as freezing meat, can and candy, sausage and ice cream.
Jelly Glue
Jelly glue is mainly applied to various imported folder gluers, carton machines and hard cover production lines including KOLBUS, STAHL, HORAUF, CRATHEM, EMMCI, PERONDI, POTDEVIN and home-made ones. The company also manufactures products of various types suitable for hand fabrication. Compared with conventional domestic animal glue, our animal glue has the following remarkable characteristics:
1. The animal glue is convenient to use and can be supplied for machines with different speeds (the highest rate reaches 80 PCS/min).
2. The animal glue, which has very good flexibility for folding besides strong viscosity, will not be crisp, deformed, moldy and bubbled.
3. The animal glue is clean, environmentally friendly and sanitary with faint scent and without foreign odor of common animal glue. The animal glue, which has been certified by FDA, US, will neither do any harm to machines and operators, nor cause any environmental pollution.
Industrial Gelatin
Industrial Gelatin is light yellow or brown grain, which can pass the 4mm aperture standard sieve. It is mainly used in photographic paper, fixature and galvanoplastics liquid, match and wooden furniture. The product is under the QB/T1995-94 national trade standard.
